Вчера был установлен и активирован плагин во всех блогах.

Плагин для конвертирования русских букв в Тайтле сообщения в латинские буквы из которых затем составляется урл.

Теперь ссылки при русском заголовке будут не такими:
http://du.rpg.ee/%d1%81%d0%b2%d0%be%d0%b1%d0%be…..
а такими:
http://du.rpg.ee/svobodnaya-registratsiya-blogov.html
